Buyer FAQ

The questions overseas parts buyers ask us most often — about authorization, stock, fitment, minimum orders and shipping.

Are you a Kobelco dealer?

No. We are not a licensed dealer for Kobelco, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Volvo, XCMG, Sany, Hyundai, Doosan or Kato, and we do not claim to be. What we supply for those brands is genuine parts through original supply channels, plus high-quality alternatives where the budget calls for them. Our five formal distributorships are Garrett, Mitsubishi, TONGMYUNG, NIKURA and Marusan.

How many parts do you actually hold?

Two different numbers, and they mean different things. 3,000+ part types on the shelf means physically in our Guangzhou warehouses today. 100,000+ part numbers available to order means we can source them through original supply channels, normally with a lead time. We quote stock and order lines separately so there is no confusion over what ships tomorrow.

How do I know the part will fit my machine?

Send the serial number. The model number alone is often not enough, because most popular excavators were built in several generations with different pumps, travel motors and undercarriage. We check the part number against the machine before quoting, and where it matters we photograph the actual unit before it ships.

Can you supply genuine and aftermarket on the same quote?

Yes, and we prefer to. Every line is labeled genuine, OEM-quality or aftermarket, priced separately, so you can decide where to spend and where to save instead of guessing at quality from a price tag.

What is the minimum order?

There is no formal minimum. Most buyers start with a single sample part to check quality, then move to container or airfreight quantities. Sampling is a reasonable way to buy from a supplier you have not used before, and we treat it as such.

What are your payment and shipping terms?

Guangzhou or Shenzhen loading, FOB or CIF, air or sea depending on urgency and part size. Payment terms are agreed per order; tell us what your business normally works on and we will say whether we can match it.

Do you export to my country?

We have shipped to more than 30 countries. If you tell us the destination port we quote a landed cost rather than a warehouse price, which is usually the number you actually need.

Can I see the part before buying?

That is exactly what our video library is for. The clips are filmed on our own shelf, so you see the part number, the casting and the packaging. For anything not on video, ask and we will send photos of the unit we intend to ship.
