What to send

The fastest quotes come from inquiries with four things in them. If you only have two of the four, send those — we will ask for the rest.

1. Machine model and serial number — the serial number is what lets us confirm fitment rather than guess at it.
2. Part number — from the old part, the parts book, or the plate on the machine.
3. A photo of the data plate and of the worn part. Casting marks and connector shapes settle most disagreements.
4. Quantity and destination port — so we can quote FOB or CIF properly the first time.

Then what happens

We cross-check the number against the machine, split the options into genuine / OEM-quality / aftermarket, and reply with prices, stock position and lead times. If a part is not worth replacing, we will say so.

That covers Kobelco, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Volvo, Hino, Kawasaki, Nabtesco, Yanmar, Isuzu, Cummins, XCMG, Sany, Hyundai, Doosan and Kato. We supply those through original supply channels at prices close to distributor level, and we will always tell you plainly which grade you are being quoted.
