Numbers in this category are matched on the component's own plate, nameplate or stamping. Where the same physical part carries both a maker number and a machine-maker number, both are shown and either can be quoted — that is normal on Japanese and Korean machines, not a discrepancy.
Failure in this category is usually progressive rather than sudden, and the early signs are worth knowing because they decide whether you are looking at a repair or a replacement. Performance that fades over weeks rather than days points to wear. Performance that disappears between one shift and the next points to a failure. Contamination in the oil — metal, sludge or a glitter in the filter when it is cut open — means the failed item is rarely the only damaged one.
That last point is where most of the waste in this trade sits. A replacement fitted into a contaminated circuit fails again, and the customer blames the part. We would rather talk you out of a repeat order than take one, so if the symptoms suggest the circuit needs flushing first, we say so before you buy.
Most of our cooling and cabin business is trade rather than retail. Buyers in this category usually want three things: a range wide enough to fill a mixed order, the grading stated line by line, and one shipment instead of three. We do all three. Genuine, OEM-quality and aftermarket lines are quoted side by side so you can decide per line where to hold margin and where to hold quality, and everything ordered across brands in one inquiry leaves as a single consignment.
Machine model and serial from the plate, a photograph of that plate, the component's own number, the quantity and the destination port. On assemblies that are rebuilt rather than replaced, say whether you want the complete unit or the repair group — it changes the price significantly and both are available. If you are buying for stock rather than for a specific repair, tell us that too; it changes what we would recommend holding.
A single category still spans Japanese, Korean, European and Chinese machines. One supplier, one order, one shipment — instead of three suppliers and three freight bills.
You should never have to guess whether a price is too good or too cheap for a reason. Genuine, OEM-quality and aftermarket are separated on the quote.
We confirm the number against the machine first. If the part will not fit, you hear it from us before you order, not from your customer after the container lands.
