Parts for Kobelco machines are supplied genuine through original supply channels, or as quality replacement alternatives where the economics favor them — on a high-hour machine, for instance, where a rebuild group costs a fraction of a full assembly and the wearing surfaces are the same. Nothing is shipped under a label it does not deserve: every line is declared as genuine, OEM-quality or aftermarket before the order is placed.
On Kobelco machines the demand splits into four blocks. Undercarriage is the largest by value: chains, shoes, rollers, idlers and sprockets on a predictable replacement cycle. Hydraulics is the largest by ticket size: main pumps, regulators, control valves, swing and travel motors, cylinders and the seal kits that rebuild them. Engine covers both the assemblies and the repair-level parts — pistons, liners, heads, injectors, injection pumps and turbochargers. Electrical and consumables covers controllers, monitors, sensors, alternators, starters, then filters, oils and ground engaging tools.

Machine model and serial from the plate, a photograph of that plate, the component's own number when you have it, the quantity and the destination port. Matching is carried out on the plate or on the component's own markings; the model badge on the side of the machine is the starting point, not the answer. That is especially true for Kobelco, where the same model name was built in several generations with different pumps, motors and undercarriage.
Guangzhou or Shenzhen loading, FOB or CIF, air or sea depending on urgency and part size. Tell us the destination port and we quote a landed figure rather than a warehouse price, which is normally the number you actually need to make a decision.
We check the number against the machine before quoting. If the part will not fit, you hear it from us before you order, not from your customer after the container lands.
Genuine, OEM-quality and aftermarket are priced as separate lines, so you can trade margin against risk deliberately instead of guessing.
